In-Home Visits Ages 0-3 Early Intervention Bilingual · Spanish & English

See the diagnoses and conditions we work with.

Initial Evaluation

We begin with a thorough, play-based evaluation of your child's strengths and needs. It's where care starts, and where the plan takes shape.

Individualized Treatment Plan

We map clear, reachable goals around your child's strengths and your family's daily life, so everyone knows exactly what we're working toward.

In-Home Therapy

We deliver weekly sessions where your child feels safest, at home, building daily-living, sensory, and motor skills through play that fits your routine.

Progress & Growth

We track every milestone and adjust as your child grows, then share strategies you can use to keep that progress going between visits.

Our Commitment to your family.
We show up in your home, your child's world
Your child is seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis
Plans built around your child's strengths, not just their gaps
Progress you can see and strategies you can use every day
Honest communication with you and your child's care team

Learn About

Our Story.

Our son Lucas was born in June 2018 with Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome. Although it has not been an easy journey, it has been one of the most fulfilling. We have seen firsthand how early intervention occupational therapy can change a child's quality of life and their family's. That is why we started Bloom.

Every family we work with gets what we were blessed with for Lucas. A real person. A real plan. Someone who shows up, week after week, because they believe in what these early years can become.

We are glad you found us.
